- 10+2 / Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English (50% aggregate & 50% in English)
- OR 2 Year Vocational Course with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English (50% aggregate & 50% in English)
- Unmarried candidates born between 02/07/2005 to 02/07/2009
Medical Assistant (For Diploma / B.Sc Pharmacy):
- 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English (50% aggregate & 50% in English)
- Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy with 50% aggregate
- Valid Registration from State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)
- Unmarried: Born between 02/07/2002 to 02/07/2007
- Married: Born between 02/07/2002 to 02/07/2005
