Uttar Pradesh सरकार ने UP Scholarship Online Form 2025 जारी किया है। विद्यार्थी Pre Matric, Post Matric और Dashmottar Scholarship (Fresh/Renewal) के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदन करने के बाद फॉर्म को स्कूल/कॉलेज में जमा करना अनिवार्य है अन्यथा आवेदन अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा।

How to Fill UP Scholarship Form 2025
- Visit Official Website: scholarship.up.gov.in
- Register for Fresh / Renewal as per your category.
- Fill all details carefully: Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, DOB, Address, Qualification, etc.
- Upload required documents in proper size & format (JPEG/PDF).
- Re-check all details before submitting the form.
- Take a printout / save as PDF after submission.
- Submit the hard copy to your School/College before the last date.
